We offer FREE standard shipping on UK orders over £39!  We also ship to many worldwide destinations!  In light of Brexit, please note that we are not currently shipping to Europe.

Despatching your Order

We aim to despatch your lovely products super-quick within 2/3 working days.  As everything is made by hand, there  may be occasional circumstances where this takes longer. In that event, we will always contact you so you know.

Delivery/Shipping Rates

We are able to ship to the UK, and many Worldwide destinations.

 UK Delivery - Orders over £39 - Free Standard Delivery

  • Uses Royal Mail 48, typically 3-5 working days
  • Optional faster Royal Mail 24 service £3.00 - please select at checkout
  • Royal Mail 24 typically takes 2-3 working days

 UK Delivery - Orders under £39 - Standard Delivery £4.25

  • Uses Royal Mail 48, typically 3-5 working days
  • Optional faster Royal Mail 24 service £5.50 - please select at checkout
  • Royal Mail 24 typically takes 2-3 working days

Worldwide Delivery - Parcels  up to 1kg - £12.50

  • Uses Royal Mail International service, typically 10-14 working days.
  • This may be longer at busy times eg Christmas
  • The service is tracked, but when the parcel gets handed over to the carrier at the destination, the quality of the tracking varies.
  • If you prefer a faster courier type delivery provider, with more robust tracking, (eg DHL) please let us know and we will look at options and can get you a quote.
  • The shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on the parcel weight, and your location.  In the event that you cannot find your destination country, please contact us at info@therosetree.co.uk and we will sort that out!

Worldwide Delivery - Parcels  1-2kg - £15.50

  • Uses Royal Mail International service, typically 10-14 working days.
  • This may be longer at busy times eg Christmas

In the event that you have not received your order please let us know so we can look into that for you.

Please note that any customs charges levied on international deliveries are your responsibility.

 Is your Order a Present?

If you let us know, that your order is a present, we will be happy to include a personalised message from you.  Let us know using the 'tell us about any special instructions' box on the check out page next to the check out button.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or using a Paypal account.

Customer Accounts

Customers have the option to check out as a guest where no address information is saved, or using a customer account.  The option to create a customer account is presented during the checkout process.  We don't save any payment card details.
