INCLUDES:

Brightening organic Carrot Extract macerated in Sunflower Oil, deeply hydrating Camellia Oil, restorative Calendula C02 extract, Organic Jojoba Oil, and anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial St Johns Wort Oil. Organic Lavender and Rosemary botanical oils give a subtle scent and balancing and antiseptic properties.

Works well on dehydrated skin types and also sensitive and oily skins with its natural butters and anti-bacterial and soothing botanicals.

Made with 75% organic ingredients.  50ml  Gluten free.  We include a mini-spatula with our Butter.

DIRECTIONS

Warm product with fingers  and then apply, massaging into skin, to gently lift makeup and grime and remove with a muslin cloth soaked in hand warm water. Suitable for all skin types.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice/attention.

INGREDIENTS

Beeswax (Organic)
Beeswax is a natural wax produced by the honey bee, which is nourishing, protecting and  anti-bacterial, providing good protection against the environment. Our beeswax comes from managed forests via a fairtrade project qualified by the Soil Association.

Calendula C02 Extract - Organic
Healing and believed to have restorative and regenerative powers  on the skin.  Increasingly found in anti-ageing skincare.

Camellia Oil (Organic)
A light, moisturising oil which has been used in anti-ageing skincare preparations for centuries.  Camellia oil is high in oleic acid, vitamins A, B and E and is a superb moisturiser - for skin, hair and the body and is also extremely light, being absorbed into skin very quickly with no residue and will  not block your pores.

Carrot Seed Oil  
Derived from wild carrot, carrot seed oil has excellent skin rejuvenating properties with sweet, spicy tones.

Carrot Oil (Organic)
Derived from organic carrot extracts macerated in organic sunflower oil, this is great for dull, tired, under-nourished skin.  With  high levels of vitamin A and antioxidants It improves skin tone, brightens the skin and improves the complexion.

Coconut Oil (Organic)
Coconut oil has traditionally been used as a moisturiser in the South Seas for centuries, due to its intense emollient qualities.   It is hugely hydrating and a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking skin, and  is also beneficial for sensitive skins and those with psoriasis, eczema etc. It is often used in anti-ageing products as it is believed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Jojoba (Organic)
An easily absorbed, light oil, very similar to the sebum found in our own skin, and so suitable for all skin types, including problem, oily and combination skins.

Lavender Oil (Organic)
One of the most well known oils, used for centuries in bathing rituals and skincare, and coming from Latin, lavare,  meaning to bathe.  Balancing and stimulating at the same time, lavender is also antiseptic, and anti-viral while having a toning action on the skin.

Mango Butter
A superb hydrating moisturiser, with skin rejuvenating properties .  It is packed full of antioxidants and vitamins B, C, D and E, protects skin from sun damage, tightens skin and is very  healing. 

Rosemary (Organic)
A classic essential oil, regarded as sacred by the ancient Greeks and Romans who used it in ceremonial rituals.  Stimulating, antiseptic and invigorating,  good for toning the skin and also reputed to help increase epidermal cell  turnover.

Shea Butter (Organic)
Shea butter, also known as karite butter, comes from the nut of the African Mangifolia tree.  Shea butter has superb moisturising qualities, along side healing properties and is used in products for dermatitis, psoriasis, and many other skin conditions.  Additionally, due to its vitamin and fatty acid content, it is used in moisturising products to help reduce lines, wrinkles and stretch marks.  Our organic shea butter come from a women's community project in Ghana.  NB shea butter can become slightly grainy, especially with temperature fluctuations, but this will disappear as you warm the product on your skin. Please do not worry that this adversely impacts the effectiveness of the cleansing butter - it does not!  

St John's Wort Oil (Organic)
Used for centuries by  herbalists,  this is a soothing macerated oil which  is anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial, so very calming on the skin, great for irritations and blemishes and good for sensitive skins.

Vitamin E
A classic antioxidant, vitamin E is derived from many fruit and vegetables and is known to protect against cell damaging free radicals and with the appearance of stretch marks, lines and wrinkles.
